Big O Tires in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Tire & Lube Technician to head the tire and lube team. You will model high standards of quality, safety, and customer care, guiding teammates to perform precise work and follow established processes.

The role includes training, coaching, and accountability within a fast-paced shop environment. Starting pay is $23 per hour with opportunities for profit-sharing bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily tire and lube lane workflow, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Train and coach technicians on procedures, cleanliness, and workmanship.
• Check completed work for accuracy, torque, tire pressures, and vehicle cleanliness before delivery.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires; install wheels; service TPMS.

We’re looking for an experienced tire technician ready to lead our tire and lube team. Someone who takes pride in a clean shop, thorough work, and treating every customer’s vehicle with care.

You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and hold the team accountable to our systems and processes. We need someone who notices the details, follows through, and helps the people around them get better.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily tire and lube lane workflow, helping the team work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Train and coach technicians on proper procedures, cleanliness, and workmanship.
• Check completed work for accuracy, proper torque, tire pressures, and a clean vehicle before delivery.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires; install wheels; and service TPMS.
• Perform oil changes, fluid maintenance, and battery testing and installation.
• Keep tools, equipment, inventory, and work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and management.
• Follow inspection procedures and report findings accurately.
