Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Lead Therapist to oversee interdisciplinary rehab therapy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. In this leadership role, you will coordinate physical, occupational, and speech therapy care plans, mentor and guide clinical staff, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered treatment that maximizes functional recovery and safe discharge.
