Job summary
PwC seeks a Test Execution Leader to drive product innovation within the Software and Product Innovation practice. You will own planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of testing efforts, partnering with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables.
You will coach and grow the team, embracing innovation and professional standards in client engagements. You will lead banking platform testing initiatives, develop comprehensive test strategies, and guide automation efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead test execution efforts for banking platform transformation projects.
- Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies.
- Coordinate test case generation and execution to validate system functionality.
- Utilize automation testing tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee defect management processes to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with project goals.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve testing skills and performance.
- Analyze test results to derive actionable insights for improvements.
