• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering; test engineering and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates various sections of test engineering.
• Plans and establishes test engineering schedules and checks actual performance data against estimates.
• Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary.
• Manages cost control and data analysis and development of material standards.
• Approves process specifications and design standards.
• Prepares and controls departmental annual budget.
• Evaluates, recommends and implements testing procedures and strategies for products, systems, components, or modifications.
• Acts as advisor to the test engineering team and liaises with other engineering functions.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
