Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of test and evaluation experience, preferably with government programs.
• DAU/DHS equivalency certification required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with PMOD standards and Mission Needs.
• Lead field test execution at CBP locations across challenging environmental conditions.
• Document test events, deviations, and lessons learned.

Skills

Expertise in test and evaluation methodologies

Experience with Mission-Based Test Design (MBTD) analysis

Proficiency in test data collection and analysis methods

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Master's degree preferred
