This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
The Lead Test Automation Engineer position helps deliver the quality, efficiency and performance expectations of enterprise‑level applications and systems. These include multi-platform software products that are web-based, API/service oriented with middleware integration components and cross-functional/discipline capabilities. Candidates for this position are experienced, hands‑on and self‑motivated individuals who can work collaboratively in a continuous integration environment. This role involves working closely with business analysts, software developers and other IT roles to understand complex domains and products. The Test Automation Engineer will focus on contributing to the development of automated and functional integration tests as well as end‑to‑end tests for overall system validation.
