Qualifications

• Interim Secret clearance required to start; ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• Experience in telemetry data analysis or GN&C field.
• Proficiency in 6DOF analysis and navigation solutions.
• Experience with decryption processes and handling decrypted telemetry stream data (CH10) and IRIG-B timing.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team to complete complex tasks under tight timelines.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end telemetry data processing for the MACH-TB program and generate BETs and QLBs.
• Oversee decryption and source selection of telemetry data streams and TM antenna recordings.
• Operate TM rack equipment to receive decrypted telemetry links and IRIG-B timing signals.
• Process telemetry inputs to generate 6DOF navigation solutions and blended GPS/IMU data.
• Analyze telemetry format documents for word/frame locations, sync patterns, data rates, and scale factors.
• Ensure data quality and integrity to drive HWIL and SIL testing; deliver results to stakeholders.
• Analyze information from pre-launch to LOS and post-impact stages.
