Job summary

Circet USA is hiring a Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) to install and maintain telecom equipment for multiple carriers in central offices and data centers. You will handle fiber/copper cabling, PDUs, data cabinets, and perform testing with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a high school diploma (technical degree preferred), and ability to lead teams and communicate with customers. Travel and on-site installations are expected.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent technical skills in central office equipment/data center installation.
  • Knowledge of AT&T, Telcordia, Verizon quality standards.
  • Familiarity with a range of telecom equipment (Dell, HP, Arista, Cisco, Calix, Nokia, etc.).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and documentation; basic Microsoft/Ios/Android tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure telecom equipment in central offices and data centers.
  • Lead installation crews and interface with customers and supervisors.
  • Perform testing, documentation, and quality validation of work.
  • Read blueprints, install racks, cabinets, PDUs, and cabling with proper safety.
  • Travel as required; maintain notes and daily job status reports.
