Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead Technology Risk Analyst to drive technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements. You will lead ITGC/ITAC testing across ERP platforms, ensuring strong controls and SOX alignment.

The role requires deep audit knowledge and the ability to translate risks into actionable remediation across global processes. The candidate will guide audit teams, leverage data analytics, and contribute to method enhancements while operating within the Assurance and Risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, computer science, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in, management consulting, and/or complex, matrixed global corporations.
• In-depth multi-ERP, IT infrastructure, and cloud solution technical expertise.
• SAP S/4 audit experience.
• Experience testing automated controls and key reports.
• Strong understanding of internal audit principles, methodologies, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused internal audits, evaluating design/effectiveness of controls addressing technology and financial risks.
• Identify control gaps and risk exposures; develop practical, value-added remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate and oversee audit workstreams; provide direction to analysts; ensure objectives and timelines are met.
• Utilize data analytics and audit tools to enhance testing procedures and risk coverage; improve efficiency.
• Prepare clear audit documentation and reports with observations, risk implications, root causes, and remediation steps.
• Contribute to evolving audit methodologies, tools, templates, and testing approaches.
