Job summary

24RESTECH LLC in Puyallup, WA is looking for a Lead Technician in our Contents & Cleaning Division to support disaster restoration projects. The role combines customer service with hands-on labor in fire, water, smoke, and wind damage sites.

You will supervise 3-5 technicians, transport and move customer possessions, load/unload the truck, and ensure safe, efficient operations. A valid drivers license and the ability to pass a background check are required; high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to transport possessions safely and drive a non-CDL truck.

Responsibilities

This position provides a unique opportunity for those looking to combine their customer service talents along with skills obtained from previous experience working in general labor positions such as; Truck driving, Delivery driving, Construction, Warehouse etc.

• Work safely and efficiently to transport customer possessions with care as a mover, truck driver, and material handler.
• Load and unload the truck
• Safely drive the truck (non-CDL)
• Perform truck inspections and inventory checks
• Forklift experience
• Pulling a trailer experience
• Supervise 3-5 technicians
• Possess excellent customer service skill
• Must be able to lift 25lbs. & occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Clear communication-both written and verbally
