Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma required; electronics/electrical coursework preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/medical device or regulated production environment.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, assembly, or equipment operation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand specifications.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual testing of medical device products and components.
• Set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing and test equipment.
• Verify products meet visual, mechanical, electrical, and quality specifications.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality system requirements; maintain traceability.
• Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions; troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing efficiency.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians and serve as a lead resource when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
