Job summary

IICRC is seeking an experienced technician in the United States to perform expert-level carpet cleaning and water restoration services. You will communicate professionally with customers, complete detailed work orders and logs, and maintain tools and vehicles.

Cross-training in related areas may be available, with potential for advancement. Applicants should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT).
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift/move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
