Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to perform expert carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, and water restoration while delivering top-notch customer service. You will maintain equipment, complete accurate logs, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

We value hands-on workers who want to learn, grow, and take ownership. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience and an IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Lead by example as a team player.
