United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical recruiting—from sourcing through offer—for engineering roles in San Francisco. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
  • Ability to own searches end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and closing.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, languages, and engineering stacks.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and candidate management skills.
  • Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including AI recruiting tools.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology.

About the role

We’re hiring a Lead Technical Recruiter to help hire exceptional engineers at the company. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run thoughtful, high-quality searches and deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through close. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through offer—and help ensure our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently as we continue building the team.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,000.00 and up to $180,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Deliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
  • Work closely with hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processes
  • Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure consistent progress across searches
  • Partner cross-functionally with recruiting and People team members—including recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and people partners—to support smooth and effective hiring processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology
To thrive in this role, you have
  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
  • Ability to own searches end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and closing
