Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with assigning ICNs for an S1000D application.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining an illustrations library.
• 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the image approval process for multiple product support teams.
• Leads conceptualizing, creating, designing, and modifying complex detailed illustrations, graphics, full color animations and interactive electronic media.
• Oversees or leads research and analysis of source data to inform illustration and graphics creation and provides recommendations.
• Consults on illustration and graphics development standards, processes, and procedures for support engineering products and services.
• Oversees maintaining and storing illustration and graphics for accessibility.
• Leads ensuring product compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Performs project oversight activities, stakeholder management, and provides technical consultation.
• Oversees and leads investigating emerging technologies, techniques, tools, and processes and provides recommendations.
