Job summary

Identiti is seeking a Technical Designer to join our Design Department, creating full concept sign packages for national brands in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead design projects, collaborate with PM, Production, and Operations, and develop training materials while ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring Adobe Illustrator expertise, leadership experience, and a detail-oriented, team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university (Preferred).
• Proven leadership/managerial skills.
• Experience managing people.
• Associate degree or two years of experience in design or a similar role.
• Proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite with a high concentration in Illustrator.
• Highly organized and able to work under daily goals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency utilizing email and internet.
• Knowledge of CadTools Illustrator Plugin.
• Experience working with scaled artwork for production.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily queue assignments, capacity, and prioritization.
• Conduct and document QA reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Create or update training materials and SOPs for their function.
• Partner with PM, Production, and Operations on escalations.
• Maintain team performance metrics and communicate outcomes to Director.
• Assist with onboarding new designers and developing skill progression.
