Stryker is seeking a Lead Technology Risk Analyst within the Assurance and Risk Advisory (ARA) function. You will lead technology-focused internal audits, assess IT general controls, automate testing, and test key ERP reports across platforms.

The role emphasizes IT risk and SOX compliance with guidance from AICPA/PCAOB standards. You will guide audit workstreams, provide technical support, and deliver actionable remediation recommendations while advancing audit methodologies and tools across

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, accounting, finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA or equivalent are preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or multi-national corporations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology-focused internal audits evaluating design and effectiveness of controls addressing technology and financial risks.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and risks; provide value-added recommendations.
• Coordinate and oversee audit workstreams; coach junior staff; ensure objectives and timelines are met.
• Utilize data analytics, audit technologies, and security tools to enhance testing and risk coverage.
• Prepare clear audit documentation and reports with observations, root causes and remediation actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
