Responsibilities

The Lead Team Member helps maintain a clean, organized store and fosters a customer-first culture by assisting with merchandise, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and supporting store operations. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.

• Provide superior customer service
• Model product knowledge and selling techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
• Assist in merchandising and product displays
• Complete cleaning responsibilities
• Ensure store standards are maintained
• Operate cash registers and assist customers
• Assist with store opening and closing
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Knowledge of customer service, safety policies, planogram compliance, basic math, cash handling, and safety practices. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds
• Use of store equipment and occasional ladder use
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to scents, weather, and cleaning solutions
