Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment.
• Assist in merchandising the store to retain customer excitement.
• Operate cash register and assist customers during shopping.
• Ensure store cleaning and organization is maintained daily.

Skills

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Understanding of safety policies and practices

Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides

Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Ability to perform cash register functions

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
