Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy and a positive attitude. You'll greet customers, ensure high-quality food and beverage prep, and coach teammates to deliver excellent service.

You’ll monitor product availability and keep the store clean and organized to meet customers' needs. The role includes a premium for working the night shift and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law may require 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and high-quality service.
• Prepare food/beverages to exact specifications in a fast, safe manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
