Sheetz, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hospitality and a customer-first mindset. You’ll mentor teammates, ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, and maintain clean, well-stocked locations while delivering fast, friendly service.

This role offers real growth, team bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including savings and healthcare options. Shift premium applies for late-night hours.

Qualificações

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
