Job description

The mission of Emmanuel Baptist Church is to call, mature and send disciples of Jesus Christ, all for the glory of God (Colossians 1:28). The Lead/Teaching Pastor’s role in fulfilling the church’s mission is to proclaim the Word of God and to equip the saints at EBC for the work of ministry. He also serves as the spiritual shepherd of the EBC staff, leading and directing EBC ministry leaders.
