KinderCare Education LLC in Illinois is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning and support a safe, nurturing environment for young children. You will implement the center's curriculum, mentor newer teachers, and partner with families to ensure each child thrives.

The role requires strong customer service, CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and a passion for early childhood education. It offers hourly pay in the 16.85–21.60 range with benefits and growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Be able to make physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $16.85 - $21.60 Hourly
