Job summary

The Gardner School of Manassas is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a loving, safe, and stimulating classroom where children can flourish. You will plan engaging lessons, mentor assistants, and model The Gardner School’s core values: Children First, Trust, Innovation, and Make a Difference.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field, CPR/First Aid certification, and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; regular attendance and reliability.
• Proficiency with basic administrative tasks and PC use.
