Job summary

The Gardner School of Franklin is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a dynamic preschool classroom. You will plan engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons while ensuring a safe, loving learning environment and modeling the school’s core values: Children First, Trust, Innovation, and Make a Difference.

You will mentor assistant teachers, collaborate with families, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

(Required)Regular and reliable attendance.Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
