The Learning Experience in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms, nurture young learners, and build a strong educational foundation while instilling joy, curiosity, and confidence. You will lead classroom activities and partner with families to support children’s growth.

You will implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum, ensure safety and developmentally appropriate learning, and collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must meet state guidelines for the role.
• Experience in a childcare setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Commitment to early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and a nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
