Children of America, Inc. in Montgomery County, MD area is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team. You will implement daily lesson plans and support a safe, structured learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Hourly rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
