The Goddard School of Chester Springs, PA seeks a passionate Lead Teacher to implement age-appropriate lessons with our Wonder of Learning curriculum. You will lead daily activities, support children’s growth, and collaborate with a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Requires associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
• CDA certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience with young children is preferred.
• Must have state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with children.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom.
• Communicate with families about child progress.
• Supervise indoor and outdoor activities, uphold health and safety.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Observe and document children’s learning for sharing with families.
• Collaborate with Assistant and Resource Teachers.
• Model positive behavior guidance.
