Qualifications

1 year experience as a Lead Teacher
Passion for working with children and helping them flourish
Great communication skills
Patience, creativity, and eagerness to be part of a fantastic team
Experience with Creative Curriculum, NJGROW, NAEYC is a plus but not required
Background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is a plus but not required
Ability to hold up to 40 lbs.
CPR/First Aid Certifications

Responsibilities

Create exciting lesson plans and activities using Creative Curriculum that support physical, social, and emotional growth.
Ensure safety and maintain a clean, secure learning environment during indoor and outdoor activities.
Bring creativity to curriculum while following the educational philosophy.
Build strong connections with parents and guardians and update them on progress via the Engagement App.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a warm, caring classroom atmosphere
