KinderCare Education LLC is hiring a Lead Teacher to support children's education and development across our centers. You will lead and mentor teammates, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education (2–3 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
