Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to inspire young learners in our childcare centers. You will lead, coach and mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building positive relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Hold a CDA Credential or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff and community partners.
