Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to foster a nurturing learning environment. You will design engaging activities, mentor peers, and uphold licensing standards while promoting child development.

You will lead classroom routines, manage curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support student success and center goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.
