Job summary

La Petite Academy in Oklahoma City is hiring a Lead Teacher to create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines and company standards.

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the child’s achievement and center success.
