Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences and mentor other Teachers in a supportive preschool environment.

You will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines. Building strong relationships with families will help promote child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Able to meet state education requirements and center guidelines.
• Physically capable of indoor/outdoor activity with children.
