Learning Care Group in Chesterton, Indiana is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will manage the classroom, implement the curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You must be energetic, dependable and at least 18, with the ability to work indoors or outdoors, create lesson plans, and build strong relationships with families to support your center’s success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
