Job summary

The Village Learning Center in Pennington, NJ is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to deliver exceptional early learning experiences and nurture young minds. If you bring energy, compassion, and a dedication to child development, this is the place for you.

Candidates must meet the listed qualifications (Associate’s Degree in ECE or Child Development, CDA, CCP, NJ Group Teacher endorsement, or equivalent credentials) and be prepared to join our supportive ELA community.

Qualifications

• Must meet state guidelines regarding education, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines as described above.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a job requirement.

Education

Associate's Degree in ECE or Child Development

6 ECE credits AND 9 Credits in either education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any field related to child growth and development

CDA

CCP

Group Teacher endorsement from the NJ Registry for Childhood Professionals
