Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool children and support families in a caring center environment.

You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed. A Monday–Friday schedule and strong benefits are included to support your growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Comfort with indoor and outdoor activities with children.

Responsibilities
