Child Development Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a warm, engaging classroom where children explore, discover, and grow. You will deliver age-appropriate lessons, document progress, and partner with families through regular communication and conferences.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment in line with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe, document, and communicate each child’s development to families.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
