You will plan age-appropriate lessons, maintain safe and compliant classrooms, and document each child's progress for families. The role emphasizes strong communication with parents and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
