Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Smyrna, GA to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and support holistic child development in a licensed preschool setting.

You will lead classroom activities, ensure alignment with state requirements, and foster strong relationships with families while contributing to a positive, safe, and collaborative center culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
