You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
