Job summary

The Children’s Courtyard in Georgia is hiring a Lead Teacher. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You will manage the classroom, implement curriculum, ensure licensing guidelines, and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success.
