As Lead Teacher, you’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom, ensure licensing compliance, and build relationships with families to support center success.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement.
