The Goddard School of Kyle, TX is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum and foster a nurturing learning environment using our Wonder of Learning program. Lead daily activities, inspire young minds, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (associates or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred) and CDA preferred; 1–2 years of licensed childcare experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using our Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, effective communication with families about child progress and activities.
• Uphold health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children’s learning to inform activities and share insights with families.
• Support Assistant and Resource Teachers to foster collaboration.
• Model positive guidance strategies to support social-emotional growth.
