Children of America, LLC is seeking a Lead Teacher to join a team of educators in a nurturing environment. You will lead daily instruction, support a safe, structured setting, and engage families with clear communication.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and a minimum of two years in licensed childcare, with CPR/First Aid certification. You’ll collaborate with staff to deliver COA's Mind and Body Matters curriculum.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 2 years of licensed childcare experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements.
