Children Of America is seeking a Lead Teacher in Early Childhood Education in the United States. The role offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $21.00, plus a 50% childcare discount and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• CDA credential OR 60 semester hours of college credit in Early Childhood Education or a related field, per state licensing requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom instruction using COA's Mind and Body Matters curriculum.
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and development.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Build relationships with children and establish partnerships with families.
• Communicate regularly with parents, management, and teaching team members.
