Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA credential preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience with young children in licensed setting preferred.
• Completed state-required pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom.
• Maintain open communication with families about progress.
• Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children’s growth for insights.
• Support temporary staff and collaborate with team.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth.

Education
