Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor peers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom. You will connect with families to support each child’s growth and work with center staff to meet enrollment and quality goals.

The role requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and strong customer-service skills. A Bachelor’s in ECE and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced classroom environment.
• Active CDA credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistently for each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
