Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool classrooms, develop engaging learning experiences, and mentor fellow teachers.

You will manage daily routines, uphold licensing guidelines, and ensure the center's standards are met while fostering a warm, inclusive environment for children and families.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
