Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to care for children in a licensed center on a regular schedule. The role emphasizes observation, planning, and communication with families, and offers ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.

As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you are:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $21.83-$22.68
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
